Hello,

I just came across a really nice site called One True Media. Basically you can create a really professional video of your products. Then share that video on the social networking sites, such as YouTube, or Myspace to advertise. One True Media is free, although you can upgrade for more features.

I made a video the other night, check it out and see how nice they can be:

How else do you guys promote? I use twitter, facebook, linkedIn, myspace, blogs etc.

I pretty much do the same as far as promotion. I visit a lot of forums/groups that are in the same interest group as what I do and post my website (like I'm about to do here!) I do digital painting as well as jewelry-making, so I try to find places where people have the same interests as I do and then point them toward my site. That works fairly well. It's all trial and error.

But I'm always looking for new ideas, so if anyone has any, please share!

Wow, I checked out that YouTube video- very cool! I may have to try that (if I ever get the time!). Right now I have pics and blogs on MySpace, Facebook, Flickr, ByHand, and of course JoAnn. What do you think of Artfire.com? I've just started noticing it around and stopped by. Seems like a reasonable deal (especially with the promo they were running). Care to share any thoughts on the service?
