Morning Everyone.. I am sewing a scalloped valance for a dining room window that is a total 142 inches wide. Even tho there is a 13 inch space between two windows, I want to make the valance go across. Hi, my name is Jaine and I just bought a sewing machine and I dont know anything about sewing could someone give me some tips to do simple stuff like keep a seam stright and go from left to right instead of forward? I have no clue what I am doing Im just fumbling along.
