I have been sewing since I was 12 years old. Now 71 and still sewing. I have gone through many machines, from Singer tredle to the present with a Bernina 730 embroidery machine. I think the favorite brand machine is the Janome. I've had a Janome embroidery machine and now prefer sewing on an inexpensive Janome with few bells and whistles, but has taken a beating but keeps on sewing.
